About the house:

It was important to our clients that the design of their new home have modern appeal while also fitting into the existing suburban neighborhood. The result is a livable home that stands out visually, but doesn't, as our clients put it, "look like aliens have landed."
From the Client:

"Our project started with Sarah’s skill as a listener in her search for our style and hopes for our home. This combined with her sense of design, problem solving skills, technical skills, and vision, all translated to paper and created the home that we couldn’t have ever realized on our own."

Master Suite Remodel

About the project:

Our client had already remodeled a good portion of their home, but their master bedroom needed some serious help. We came up with a plan for a master suite that provides them with more space and privacy, utilizing existing plumbing locations to help minimize cost. In this project, the client used our design plans and then selected and purchased the final finish materials themselves.

From the Client:

"Sarah took the time to find out exactly what we wanted in our house — not just in general terms, but exactly how we wanted to use each room, how spacious or cozy we wanted each one to be, and how we could make the best use of all available space.  She also did an excellent job of making the exterior of the house match the neighborhood, and we're extremely satisfied with the result.  Whenever we receive compliments about our house, we're always sure to tell people that Sarah deserves the credit."
